Care

To keep the original shape of a Jennie Ballet leotard, please wash it with the following in mind.

  • Wringing — Do not twist by hand. Press out water, then press with a dry towel.
  • Drying — Hang dry in a cool, well-ventilated place to protect the fabric.
  • Washing — Soon after wear, hand wash in lukewarm water with wool shampoo.
  • Caution — Do not machine dry — it can harm the fabric.

Shipping

Jennie Ballet aims for same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2 p.m. Every piece is inspected before it ships.

Weekend and holiday orders ship on the next business day. Couriers may add 1–2 days.

Exchange and return

  • Garments with signs of wear cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Swarovski-applied and white-family pieces may have limited change-of-mind exchange or return because of staining and attached crystals. Defects and misdelivery can still be exchanged or returned. A product-specific note, if any, applies.
  • Color on screen may differ from the real piece depending on your display.
  • Color transfer from mixed washing or drying is not a reason for exchange or return.
  • Exchange and return are not possible if the product or packaging is damaged for reasons attributable to the buyer.
  • If you need a detailed check, ask before purchase — we will reply in order.
  • Because these are garments, even the same style and fabric can vary slightly in color or size by production lot.
  • None of the above is a product defect. Exchange or return shipping in those cases is the customer’s cost.
  • Jennie Ballet leotards are original designs. Unauthorized copying or sale may be legally punished.
